Installation Procedure

- Charge Air Cooler Bracket - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Bracket Fastener - Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Charge Air Cooler - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Nut - Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Bracket Replacement - To Fender (LF4) Install
- Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) Install
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4)
