Removal Procedure

- Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) Remove
- Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4) Remove
- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4)
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp - Remove and DISCARD
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose - Disconnect
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer - Release
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Quick Connector Retaining Spring - Release
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Quick Connector Retaining Spring - Release
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Remove
