Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (V-Series)
  2. Exhaust Rear Muffler Rear Hanger Replacement (Steel Design) Exhaust Rear Muffler Rear Hanger Replacement (Aluminum Design)  - Remove

  3. Exhaust Pipe Clamp Nut - Remove
  4. Exhaust Pipe Clamp - Remove
  5. Exhaust Muffler @ Catalytic Converter - Disconnect

  6. Catalytic Converter Nut - Remove
  7. Exhaust Gasket - Remove and DISCARD
  8. Exhaust Muffler @Catalytic Converter - Disconnect

  9. Exhaust Muffler Isolator - Disconnect
  10. With the aid of an assistant, lower the exhaust system from the vehicle.
