Installation Procedure

- Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) on the vehicle.
- Install a NEW transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe fitting seal (1).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip (4) in the range selector lever cable bracket.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (3) in the transmission.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe bolt (2) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install the range selector lever cable heat shield bolt (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Mid Line Left) - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Mid Line Left ) at Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Mid Line Right) - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe(Mid Line Right) at Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip (3) in the transmission mount.
- Install the transmission cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip bolt (1) in the engine oil pan and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip bolt (1) in the drivetrain and front suspension cradle and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe(Jumper) - Install
- Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series) - Install
- Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement - Install
- Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (V Series) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) - Install -Right Side
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe at Radiator - Install
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4) - Install
- Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (ATS-V) - Install
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
