Installation Procedure

- Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) on the vehicle.
- Install a NEW transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe fitting seal (1).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (3) in the transmission.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe bolt (2) in the transmission and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Route the oxygen sensor harness in the same position as prior to removal and connect the oxygen sensor connector (1).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip bolts (1) in the engine oil pan and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe at Radiator - Install
- Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement - Install
- Front Air Deflector Replacement - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) - Install -Left Side
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retaining Clip at Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe at Radiator - Install
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LCV) - Install
- Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (ATS-V) - Install
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
