Installation Procedure

- Heater Outlet Hose Retainer - Push to lock
- Heater Outlet Hose - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp - Engage
Use the BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers.
- Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LF4 LGX) - Install
- Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side (ATS-V)Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side - Install
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
