Installation Procedure

- Heater Inlet Hose - Install
- Heater Inlet Hose Retainer @ Heater Core - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank - Install Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LF4 LGX)
- Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace - Install Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side (ATS-V)Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side .
- Heater Inlet Hose Clamp @ Heater Inlet Hose - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Catalytic Converter - Install Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LF4)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks. Cooling System Leak Testing
NOTE:
Lubricate the inside diameters of the heater inlet hose with clean coolant prior to installation.
