Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  2. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4)Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) - Remove

  3. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose - Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX) Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LF4)

  4. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut - Remove
  5. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose @ Air Conditioning Condenser Tube - Remove
  6. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut - Remove
  7. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer.

  9. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose @ Front Wheelhouse Panel - Remove

  10. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Hose Nut - Remove
  11. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve - Remove
  12. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer.
  13. Remove the air conditioning evaporator hose from the vehicle.
