Installation Procedure

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Air Conditioning Compressor Stud - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Air Conditioning Compressor Nut @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  4. Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series) - Install

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  6. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX) 
  7. Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install Drive Belt Replacement (LGX)
  8. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) - Install
  9. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
