Installation Procedure

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket - Install
  2. Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series) - Install

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

  6. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  7. Attach the wiring harness and connect the electrical connectors as necessary.
  8. Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install Drive Belt Replacement (LF4)
  9. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4) - Install
  10. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
