Installation Procedure

  1. Fuel Feed Pipe -Install the NEW fuel feed pipe.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  2. Fuel Feed Pipe Fitting -Tighten 28 N.m (21 lb ft)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Fuel Feed Pipe Bolt -Install and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  4. Electrical Connector @ Fuel Feed Pipe Bracket -Install
  5. Connect the Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Tank to Engine to the Fuel Feed Pipe - at Engine. Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Fuel Tank To Engine LF4) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (LF4 at Engine) 
  6. Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement (LF4)  -Install
  7. Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
