Removal Procedure

- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief
- Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LF4) - Remove
- Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side (ATS-V)Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side - Remove
- Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) - Remove
- Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4) - Remove
- Fuel Feed Pipe 1 Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (V-Series)
- Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side - Remove
- Remove the front body exhaust heat shield right side. Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right)Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Left)
- Remove the right side catalytic converter and exhaust. Catalytic Converter Replacement
- Heat Sleeve - Remove
- Fuel Feed Pipe @ Retainer - Remove
- Fuel Feed Pipe 1 @ Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose 3 - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Pipe 1 @ Retainers 2 - Remove
