Removal Procedure

  1. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX) Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LF4) -Remove

  2. Retainer -Remove
  3. Engine Wiring Harness -Reposition
    4. Fig 2: Electrical Connector

  4. Electrical Connector -Disconnect
  5. Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve Bolt -Remove
  6. Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve -Remove
  7. Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Seal 4 -Inspect the seal, remove and DISCARD as necessary. - Engine Front Cover Disassemble (LF4)Engine Front Cover Disassemble (LGX)
