Installation Procedure

  1. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct -Install
  2. Retainer Spring @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Engage
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.

  3. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install 4 N.m (35 lb in)

  4. Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install
  5. Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose Clamp @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose - Install 4 N.m (35 lb in)

  6. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install
  7. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter Bolt @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter - Install 4 N.m (35 lb in)
