Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Drive Belt - Drive Belt Replacement 
  2. Remove Starter - Starter Replacement (LGX)

  3. Install the EN-46106  tool (1) through the starter mounting hole.

  4. Remove Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (1) and DISCARD

  5. Install the EN-38416-2  button (1) in the nose of the crankshaft.
  6. Install the EN-41816  remover (2) to remove the crankshaft balancer.
  7. Tighten the center bolt of the EN-41816  remover to pull the crankshaft balancer off of the crankshaft.
  8. Remove the EN-41816  remover from the crankshaft balancer.
