Installation Procedure

- Using the EN-39580 Support Stand install the rear suspension cradle into position.(1)
- Install the wiring harness retainers to the rear suspension cradle. (2)
- Connect Electrical Connector (1)
- Using the EN-39580 Support Stand support the rear suspension cradle.
- Install Rear Suspension Cradle Bolt (2) and tighten the NEW bolt.
- First Pass: 160 N.m (118 lb ft)
- Final Pass: (60-75 degrees)
- Install Rear Cradle Mount Bolt Bracket Bolt (2) and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Install Stabilizer Shaft Link (1) @Stabilizer Shaft Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement
- Install Rear Suspension Adjust Link (1) @Rear Knuckle Adjust Link Replacement
- Engage the wheel speed sensor harness retainers to the rear suspension cradle and adjust link. (1)
- Install Rear Suspension Upper Trailing Link (1) @Rear Knuckle Rear Suspension Upper Trailing Link Replacement
- Install Rear Suspension Upper Lateral Link@Rear Knuckle Rear Suspension Upper Lateral Link Replacement
- Install Rear Suspension Lower Trailing Link (1) @Rear Knuckle Rear Suspension Lower Trailing Link Replacement
- Install Rear Suspension Lower Control Arm (1) @Rear Knuckle Lower Control Arm Replacement
- Connect Electrical Connector (1)
- Install the retainers.(2)
- Exhaust Muffler Assembly Exhaust Muffler Replacement (LGX)Exhaust Muffler Replacement (LCV)
- Install the rear wheels. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Lower the vehicle.
- Check the rear wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Specifications
NOTE:
Ensure that the rear suspension cradle is securely attached to the hydraulic jack stand
CAUTION:
This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
