Installation Procedure

  1. Install the NEW auxiliary fluid accumulator bypass valve seal (7) to the auxiliary fluid accumulator (6).
  2. Position the auxiliary fluid accumulator (6) to the transmission.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the auxiliary fluid accumulator bolts (5) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  4. Connect the auxiliary fluid accumulator solenoid electrical connector (4).
  5. Install the NEW auxiliary fluid accumulator pipe seals (3) to the accumulator pipe (2).
  6. Install the auxiliary fluid accumulator pipe.
  7. Install the auxiliary fluid accumulator pipe bolts (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  8. Connect the range selector cable to the range selector lever. Refer to Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement 
  9. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement
  10. Release the park brake and remove the chock from the wheels.
