Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the power transfer unit vent hose assembly (1) from the radiator surge tank assembly.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Disconnect the power transfer vent hose assembly from the power transfer unit.
  4. Remove the power transfer unit vent hose assembly (1) from the vehicle.
