Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the power transfer unit. Refer to Power Transfer Unit Case Replacement 
    2. Fig 1: Transmission Adapter And Bolts

  2. Remove the transmission adapter bolts (1).
  3. Remove the transmission adapter (2).

  4. Remove and DISCARD the transmission adapter O-ring (1).
