Installation Procedure

Install Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump
Engage Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Install Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Water Outlet
Engage Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
