Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1). Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (C59) Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation (Without C59) 
    2. Fig 2: Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Seal And Heater Core Tube Bracket Bolts

  2. Remove Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Seal (1)
  3. Remove Heater Core Tube Bracket Bolts (2) (Qty: 2)

  4. Rotate the heater core tube bracket (1) to the open position.
  5. Disengage Heater Core Tube Clamps (2) (Qty: 2)
  6. Remove both heater core tubes from the heater core.
  7. DISCARD the O-ring seal.
  8. Remove Heater Core Inlet Tube (3)
