Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
    2. Fig 1: Heater Outlet Pipe And Clamp

  2. Remove Heater Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump. Refer to Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  3. Remove Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump. Refer to Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV Quick Connect Connector to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube) Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV Water Outlet to Heater Coolant Pump) Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV without Rear Aux HVAC Heater Outlet Hose Connector to Heater Core Connector)

  4. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) @ Heater Coolant Pump
