Failure to follow these precautions may cause personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components. Preliminary Procedures Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve. Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Replacement
1	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
2	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
3	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Seal (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement .
