Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
- Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (3) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module. Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Replacement
- Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nuts (1) (Qty: 2)
- Remove Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel - Right Side (1). Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Right Side With All Terrain)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Right Side Without All Terrain)
- Remove the duct temperature sensors from the ducts.
- Remove Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct (1). Refer to Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct Replacement
- Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Air Lower Duct (2). Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Air Lower Duct Replacement (C69)
- Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1)
- Remove Ground Nut (2)
- Disconnect the auxiliary heater and air conditioning wiring harness connector and ground terminal (3).
- Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1)
