Installation Procedure

- Install the air conditioning compressor (1) to the vehicle.
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Stud (4) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install and tighten Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- Install Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace - Right Side (2). Refer to Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Right Side
- Install Front Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (4) @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Install Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
