Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Refer to SAE J2913 Certified Electronic Leak Detectors Warning .

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  2. Remove Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement

  3. Remove Exhaust Front Pipe (1). Refer to Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LCV)

  4. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (LCV) 
  5. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

  6. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1)
  7. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (2) (Qty: 2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1)
  8. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Stud (4) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (1)
  9. Remove the air conditioning compressor (1) from the vehicle.
