Installation Procedure

NOTE:

Install a NEW catalytic converter gasket.

Install Catalytic Converter Gasket (3)
Install Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter (2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install Catalytic Converter Nut (1) and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

Install Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Install Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket-Lower (3) - Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Replacement (Upper, LCV) Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Replacement (Lower, LCV)

Install Exhaust Front Pipe (1) - Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LCV)
Lower the vehicle.
Install Heated Oxygen Sensor-Sensor 2 - Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 2

Install Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield (2)- Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement (LCV)
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
