Installation Procedure

NOTE:

Clean and lubricate the exhaust isolators for ease of installation.

NOTE:

With the aid of an assistant, carefully position the exhaust muffler assembly to the vehicle.

Install Exhaust Muffler Assembly (1)
Support the exhaust muffler with a suitable jack.

Connect Exhaust Muffler Isolator (1)

NOTE:

Install a NEW gasket.

Install Exhaust Gasket (3)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (2) @Exhaust Muffler and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Install Exhaust Intermediate Hanger Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
