Installation Procedure

NOTE:

Install a NEW gasket.

Install Catalytic Converter Gasket (3)

NOTE:

Install a NEW gasket.

Install Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket (2)
Install Exhaust Front Pipe (1)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install Catalytic Converter Nut (1) and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

Install Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Install Exhaust Front Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Install Heated Oxygen Sensor Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 1 Sensor 2
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
