Lower Oil Pan Replacement (2WD)

Preliminary Procedures Drain the engine oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement Remove Exhaust front pipe. Refer to Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LCV)
1	Lower Oil Pan Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Lower Oil Pan Bolt (Qty: 15) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Lower Oil Pan Procedure Apply a 2.25 mm bead of sealer on the level part of the flange around the perimeter of the lower oil pan. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers NOTE: The lower crankcase surface must be free of contamination prior to applying the sealer. The oil pan must be fastened to final torque specification within 60 minutes of applying the sealer.
