- Inspect for worn or improper surface finish on the 2-6 Clutch Plates (540-542)
- Inspect for fatigued 2-6 Clutch Piston Apply Plate (540)
- Inspect for plugged, restricted or incorrect orientation of the 2-6 Clutch Piston (535) air bleed
