Installation Procedure

- Install Water Pump Inlet Pipe Seal (3)
- Install Water Pump Inlet Pipe (2)
- Install and tighten Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Install and tighten Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt (3) to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Connect Radiator Outlet Hose (2)
- Install Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Install Generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (LGX)
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
NOTE:
Install a NEW water pump inlet seal.
