Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
    2. Fig 1: Radiator Outlet Hose And Clamp

  2. Disengage Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator Outlet Hose Tee

  4. Disengage Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  5. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Oil Cooler
  6. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2)
