Installation Procedure

- Install Engine Oil Cooler Seal (3) (Qty: 2)
- Install Engine Oil Cooler (2)
- Install and tighten Engine Oil Cooler Bolts (1) (Qty: 4) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Connect Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe (4) @ Engine Oil Cooler
- Connect Radiator Outlet Hose (3) @ Engine Oil Cooler
- Engage Hose Clamp (2) (Qty: 2). Refer to Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Install and tighten Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe Bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
NOTE:
Install NEW seal rings.
