Preliminary Procedures Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Remove Radiator Outlet Hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)
1	Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

3	Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Seal Procedure Install a NEW engine coolant thermostat housing seal.
