Component Testing

  1. Ignition OFF.
  2. Disconnect the G10 Cooling Fan Motor harness connector X2 from the K22 Cooling Fan Control Module.
  3. Connect the EL 36169-HD  between the G10 Cooling Fan Motor terminal 1 and B+. Connect a jumper wire between the G10 Cooling Fan Motor terminal 2 and ground.
  4. Verify the G10 Cooling Fan Motor operates.
    • The cooling fan does not operate 

      Replace the G10 Cooling Fan Motor.

    • The cooling fan operates 
  5. All OK.
