Component Testing

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2017 GMC Acadia. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect a 3 A fused jumper wire between the test points: 5 V Reference terminal 3 & 5 V
  2. Connect a jumper wire between the test points: Low Reference terminal 1 & Ground
  3. Test for 2.5 to 4.0 V between the test points: Signal terminal 2 & Low Reference terminal 1
    • If not between 2.5 to 4.0 V 

      Replace the component: B310 Fuel Pressure/Temperature Sensor

    • If between 2.5 to 4.0 V 
  4. All OK.
