Removal Procedure

- Prepare the Control Module for removal using the SPS programming support tool. Refer to Rear Differential Clutch Control Module Programming and Setup
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the rear axle assembly. Refer to Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement
- Remove the four control module bracket bolts (1).
- Disconnect the connector (1) from the control module.
- Remove Wiring Harness Retainer from Clutch Control Module.
- Remove the clutch control module (1).
NOTE:
The rear differential clutch control module can now be removed and replaced.
