Installation Procedure

  1. Install Rear Brake Hose

  2. Install NEW Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (1)@ Brake Hose Fitting (2)

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Install Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) and tighten 44 N.m (32 lb ft)

  4. Install Brake Hose Bracket Nut (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  5. Install Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  6. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) 
  7. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
