Installation Procedure

- Lightly lubricate the master cylinder reservoir seals with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Install NEW Master Cylinder Reservoir Seal (1)
- Install Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir (1)
- Install Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Bolt (1) and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb in)
- Install Master Cylinder Master Cylinder Replacement
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
NOTE:
Install a NEW bolt. Do NOT reuse the old bolt.
