Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
  3. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

  4. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (3) @Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Replacement

  5. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nut (1)

  7. Remove the duct temperature sensors from the ducts.
  8. Remove Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct (1) Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct Replacement
  9. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Air Lower Duct (2) Auxiliary Air Conditioning Air Lower Duct Replacement (C69)

  10. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1)
  11. Remove Ground Nut (2)
  12. Disconnect the auxiliary heater and air conditioning wiring harness connector and ground terminal (3).

  14. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  15. Remove Temperature Valve Actuator Bolt (1)
  16. Remove Temperature Valve Actuator (2)
