Removal Procedure

  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
  3. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

  4. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube (3) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Intermediate Tube Replacement

  5. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nut (1)

  7. Remove the duct temperature sensors from the ducts.

  10. Remove Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1)
  11. Remove Ground Nut (2)
  12. Disconnect the auxiliary heater and air conditioning wiring harness connector and ground terminal (3).

  14. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  15. Remove Mode Valve Actuator Bolt (1)
  16. Remove Mode Valve Actuator (2)
