Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install Air Inlet Valve Actuator (2)
  2. Install Air Inlet Valve Actuator Bolt (1) and tighten 1.3 N.m (12 lb in)

  3. Install Air Inlet Valve Actuator Bolt (1) and tighten 1.3 N.m (12 lb in)
  4. Connect the electrical connector.

  5. Install Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2)
  6. Install Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  8. Install Instrument Panel Carrier (1)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IO5/IO6)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IOB)
  9. Clear the DTCs.
  10. Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
