Removal Procedure

- Remove Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Left Side (2)Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side
- Remove Instrument Panel Assembly (1)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IO5/IO6)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IOB)
- Note the routing of the air conditioning wiring harness.
- Disconnect the two duct air temperature sensor electrical connectors (1).
- Disconnect the two valve actuator electrical connectors (2).
- Disconnect the evaporator air temperature sensor electrical connector (3).
- Disconnect the three air conditioning wiring harness electrical connectors (4).
- Detach the air conditioning wiring harness from the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module, indicated by the arrows.
- Remove the terminals from X206 (1) and remove the air conditioning wiring harness out from behind the tie bar. Terminal Removal
- Disconnect the two valve actuator electrical connectors (1).
- Disconnect the two duct air temperature sensor electrical connectors (2).
- Detach the air conditioning wiring harness from the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module, indicated by the arrows.

The instrument panel tie bar is not shown for a better view of the air conditioning wiring harness connections.

Note the X206 circuit connector cavity location prior to the removal of the terminals.
