Installation Procedure

- Install Air Conditioning Wiring Harness (1)
- Attach the air conditioning wiring harness to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module, indicated by the arrows.
- Connect the two duct air temperature sensor electrical connectors (2).
- Connect the two valve actuator electrical connectors (1).
- Route the air conditioning wiring harness back behind the tie bar and install the terminals into X206 (1) in there proper cavity. Terminal Removal
- Attach the air conditioning wiring harness to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module, indicated by the arrows.
- Connect the three air conditioning wiring harness electrical connectors (4).
- Connect the evaporator air temperature sensor electrical connector (3).
- Connect the two valve actuator electrical connectors (2).
- Connect the two duct air temperature sensor electrical connectors (1).
- Install Instrument Panel Assembly (1)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IO5/IO6)Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (IOB)
- Install Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Left Side (2)Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side
- Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
- Clear the DTCs.
