Installation Procedure

  1. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (5)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Fastener (4) and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  3. Install Lower Terminal Cover (3)
  4. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Fastener (2) and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  5. Install Upper Terminal Cover (1)

  6. Close the battery fuse block cover.(2)
  7. Engage Battery Distribution Fuse Block Retaining Tab (1)
  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
