Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify the driver and passenger doors LOCK and UNLOCK when commanding the All Doors Lock/Unlock with a scan tool.
- If a door does not LOCK or UNLOCK
  Refer to Power Door Locks Malfunction (Sedan Without UTT) Power Door Locks Malfunction (Coupe Without UTT) Power Door Locks Malfunction (Sedan With UTT) Power Door Locks Malfunction (Coupe With UTT)
- If the driver and passenger doors LOCK and UNLOCK
Verify the scan tool Driver Door Ajar Switch and Passenger Door Ajar Switch parameter changes between Inactive and Active when opening and closing the passenger and driver doors
- If a parameter does not change
  Refer to Door Ajar Indicator Malfunction (Sedan) Door Ajar Indicator Malfunction (Coupe)
- If the parameters change
Verify the driver and passenger door lock indicators turn ON and OFF when commanding the All Doors Lock/Unlock with a scan tool.
- If the driver door lock indicator is always ON or always OFF
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Driver Door Lock Indicator Malfunction.
- If the passenger door lock indicator is always ON or always OFF
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Passenger Door Lock Indicator Malfunction.
- If the driver and passenger door lock indicators are always OFF
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Both Door Lock Indicators Inoperative.
- If the driver and passenger door lock indicators turn ON and OFF
All OK.
