Installation Procedure

- Install the clutch pedal assembly (2) into the vehicle.
- Install the fasteners (1) securing the clutch pedal assembly to the brake pedal assembly and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
- Reposition the clutch master cylinder (2) to the clutch pedal assembly.
- Connect the clutch master cylinder to clutch pedal retainer (1) to the clutch pedal.
- Install the clutch master cylinder fasteners (1).
- Connect the clutch pedal position sensor electrical connector.
- Check for proper clutch pedal movement and operation.
- Install the instrument panel knee bolster. Refer to Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Replacement .
- Perform the clutch pedal position learn procedure. Refer to Clutch Pedal Position Learn .
