The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V
The barometric pressure (BARO) is greater than 70 kPa
The fuel level is between 10-90%
The cold startup engine coolant temperature (ECT) and the startup intake air temperature (IAT) are within 8°C (14°F)
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) at start-up is less than 35°C (95°F)
The intake air temperature (IAT) is between 4-34°C (39-93°F)
DTC P0455 runs once per cold start shortly after purge is enabled followed by vent system performance test P0446
