Conditions for Running the DTC

DTCs P00E9, P00EA, P00EB, P00EC, P0116, P0117, P0118, or P0128, are not set.
Engine run time is 60 s, or longer.
The ECT is warmer than -10°C (+14°F).
This DTC runs continuously when the above conditions exist.
